Appion offers lifetime technical support. Whether your product is in warranty or outside of warranty, Omni Tools can help with support, servicing and authorised repair pathways.

Repairs are only covered under warranty when performed by Appion or a Factory Authorised Repair Centre. Please contact Omni Tools before shipping any machine for repair.

How to book a repair

Choose the repair pathway that suits you.

Return it to your authorised wholesaler

Return your device to the authorised wholesaler you purchased it from. They can ship it to our distribution centre for repair, and tracking information will be provided on return.

Ship it directly to Omni Tools

You can ship your product directly to our repair and distribution centre at 24 East Court, Lilydale, Victoria 3140.

Visit us in Lilydale

If you are located within or near Lilydale, Victoria, you can visit our distribution centre for Factory Authorised Machine Repair Services.

Repair services include

Diagnostics, worn components, performance testing and return shipping.

Warranty information

Warranty repairs require proof of purchase.

Product warranties are valid for one year from the purchase date. All warranty repairs require proof of purchase from an Appion Authorised Wholesaler.

Warranty repairs apply only to the original verifiable owner with original proof of purchase where the product description is identifiable.

Important

If a warranty repair does not include proof of purchase, the repair may be processed at the fixed-rate cost.

Unauthorised sellers

Buying from unauthorised online sellers could void your warranty.

This policy helps protect customers from acquiring pre-owned, damaged or stolen items. Please be aware that eBay and Amazon are not approved distributors.

Beyond reasonable repair

Some products may not be practical to repair.

Appion reserves the right to declare a product beyond reasonable repair where the repair, update, replacement parts or labour required are no longer practical.

Improper chemicals Use with chemicals the product was not designed to handle.
Modified products Products modified beyond their original design.
Aftermarket parts Repairs with parts outside Appion specifications.
Improper use Use in a way the product was not designed for.
Older equipment Products more than ten years old may be deemed beyond reasonable repair.
Available options If a product is deemed beyond repair, Appion will contact the customer with options.
