Appion offers lifetime technical support. Regardless of your warranty status, you can always contact us for assistance.
You can contact your local Authorized Repair Centers or contact Appion directly.
Repairs are only covered under warranty when performed by Appion or a Factory Authorized Repair Center. Please do not ship a machine for repair without first contacting Appion or your local authorized repair center.
Our Repair Services include diagnostics, replacement of worn components, performance testing to ensure we're bringing your product back to factory certified standards, and return shipping.

Warranty Information
Product Warranties are valid one year from purchase date.
All Warranty Repairs require a Proof of Purchase from an Appion Authorized Wholesaler.
All Warranty Repairs only apply to the original verifiable owner with the original Proof of Purchase where the product description is identifiable.
If a Warranty Repair does not include a Proof of Purchase, we will process the Repair at the fixed-rate cost.
IMPORTANT: Buying from unauthorized online sellers could void your product's warranty. This policy shields customers from acquiring pre-owned, damaged, or stolen items.
Please be aware that Ebay and Amazon are NOT approved distributors.
IMPORTANT: Appion reserves the right to declare a product beyond reasonable repair should it require significant repair, updating, replacement parts or labor beyond what may be considered practical. Appion reserves the right to declare a product beyond reasonable repair if the product is used with improper chemicals (chemicals that it was not designed to handle), modified beyond its original design, repaired with aftermarket parts that are outside of specifications, or used improperly in a way to which the product was not designed. Appion may also declare a product beyond reasonable repair if it is more than ten years old. In the event that a product is deemed beyond reasonable repair, Appion will contact the customer with their available options. Those options include, but are not limited to, scrapping the product or returning the product.

Return your device to the authorized wholesaler you purchased the product from. They will ship it over to our distribution center for repair. Tracking information will be sent on return.
