0-5000 kPa Gauge
What Causes Blown Gauges on a Recovery Machine?
Blown gauges are caused by spikes in pressure associated with output restrictions during the recovery process. Always use 3/8in inner diameter hoses from the recovery machine to the vapor port of the recovery cylinder for full unrestricted flow. Be sure to remove core depressors from the hoses and make sure the port being used on the recovery cylinder is in the full open position before beginning the recovery process.
Technical Bulletins
Always wear gloves and eye protection and follow proper safety practices when handling refrigerant.
