This combined QWIK solutions page covers two common HVAC/R maintenance jobs. QwikBright® is a pH-neutral cleaner and protectant for heat-exchanger coils, including microchannel coils. QwikDescaler+® is a concentrated biodegradable descaler for removing calcium, lime, rust and scale from tankless water heaters and tankless heat exchangers.
- QT2782 QwikBright® helps clean grease, dirt, grime, lint, dust and bugs from coil surfaces.
- QwikBright® is pH neutral and safe for microchannel coils when used as directed.
- QwikBright® includes a metal protectant to help protect coil surfaces without degrading thermal performance.
- QT7710 and QT7712 QwikDescaler+® quickly dissolve water scale, lime, rust and other water-formed deposits.
- QwikDescaler+® uses colour-changing chemistry to indicate when more descaling solution is needed and when cleaning is complete.
- QwikDescaler+® is available as QT7710 1 gallon and QT7712 1 quart concentrate.

QT2782 is for coil cleaning and protection. QT7710 and QT7712 are the same QwikDescaler+® concentrate offered in gallon and quart sizes, so technicians can choose a larger workshop/contractor stock option or a smaller service-vehicle option.

QwikBright® is designed to clean without damaging microchannel coils when used as directed. It penetrates and dissolves build-up while adding a protective film, making it suitable for routine coil maintenance.
QwikDescaler+® QT7710 / QT7712
Colour-changing descaler for scale-affected equipment.
QwikDescaler+® is formulated to dissolve scale and restore flow passages in tankless water heaters and tankless heat exchangers. At working strength it appears reddish; when exhausted it turns yellowish.
