Uniweld
2-Valve Brass Manifold Kits
Professional brass manifold kits for HVAC/R pressure testing, charging, recovery and service diagnostics across common refrigerant platforms.
Technical snapshot
Brass manifold kits for everyday HVAC/R service.
Two Uniweld kit options cover high-pressure refrigerants and common traditional refrigerants, with 80 mm gauges, brass manifold construction and 3 ft service hoses.HVAC/R manifold control
Read system pressures clearly and control high-side and low-side service work from one brass manifold.
The UW-QS8N3SM range is built for technicians who need a dependable 2-valve manifold kit for routine air conditioning and refrigeration service. Each kit combines a brass manifold body, large 80 mm PSI/BAR gauges, protective gauge boots and a 3 ft Soft Magic hose set.
- Use for pressure testing, charging, recovery and general service diagnostics.
- Select the R410A/R32 kit or the R134a/R404A/R22/R407C kit to suit the system.
- Large gauge faces support quick high-side and low-side pressure checks.
- Two-valve control gives a straightforward manifold setup for everyday service calls.
- Soft Magic hoses help keep the kit flexible and easier to handle around equipment.
What it helps check
A brass 2-valve manifold is a core service tool for confirming system pressure behaviour before charging, recovery or diagnostic work continues.
- Static and running pressures during HVAC/R service checks.
- Low-side and high-side pressure conditions against the selected refrigerant scale.
- System response during charging, recovery and maintenance procedures.
Manifold selection
Match the gauge scale to the refrigerant family.
The UW-QS8N3SM range is supplied in two listed configurations, giving technicians a dedicated option for R410A/R32 systems and another for common legacy refrigerants.
2-valve brass manifold with 80 mm PSI/BAR gauges, protective boots and 3 ft Soft Magic hose set for R410A and R32 systems.
2-valve brass manifold with 80 mm PSI/BAR gauges, protective boots and 3 ft Soft Magic hose set for R134a, R404A, R22 and R407C systems.
Connect to the system low side and check suction-side pressure against the matching refrigerant scale.
Use for charging, recovery or service connection in line with the job procedure and refrigerant-handling requirements.
Connect to the system high side and monitor discharge-side pressure during diagnostic or service work.
Service setup
Set up the manifold before opening the system.
Match the manifold kit and gauge scale to the refrigerant listed on the equipment before connecting hoses.
Check hose condition, seals, service fittings and valve position before pressure is applied.
Use blue for low side, red for high side and yellow for service connection according to the task.
Control refrigerant movement slowly and follow the required charging, recovery or diagnostic process.
Brass manifold details
Built for dependable service handling.
Uniweld’s 2-valve brass manifold platform uses a forged brass body with reseatable Teflon® valve stem packing, large NPF® gauge options, extended valve stems and quick-action valve control.
Service checks
- Only connect to compatible refrigerant systems and service ports.
- Follow refrigerant recovery, charging and handling procedures for the site.
- Wear suitable PPE and keep hoses clear of hot, sharp or moving equipment.
- Do not exceed hose, manifold, cylinder or system pressure limits.
