4-Valve Aluminium Manifold Kits
Professional 4-valve aluminium manifold kits for HVAC/R charging, recovery, evacuation and diagnostic work without constantly changing hose connections.
Technical snapshot
Four-valve service control for HVAC/R systems.
The UW-Q4N85SM range gives technicians a lightweight aluminium manifold body, large gauge faces and separate ports for managing charging, recovery, evacuation and testing work.HVAC/R manifold control
Keep service hoses connected while moving between evacuation, charging and testing.
The UW-Q4N85SM range is built for technicians who want more control than a standard two-valve set. The 4-valve aluminium body provides separate flow paths for high side, low side, service and vacuum connections, helping reduce hose changes during common HVAC/R service work.
- Use for charging, recovery, evacuation, pressure checks and system diagnostics.
- Select the R410A/R32 kit or the R134a/R404A/R22/R407C kit to suit the system.
- Large 80 mm PSI/BAR gauges support fast high-side and low-side pressure checks.
- The 3/8 in. SAE port supports higher-flow vacuum connection during evacuation.
- The optical sight glass helps monitor refrigerant flow during charging and service work.
Where a 4-valve manifold helps
A 4-valve manifold is useful when the job needs pressure readings, evacuation and service flow managed from one setup.
- System evacuation where a dedicated vacuum path saves time and reduces reconnection.
- Charging or recovery work where hose routing needs to stay controlled.
- Commissioning and diagnostic work across air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Four-port layout
Separate the pressure, service and vacuum paths.
The extra valve control helps technicians keep the manifold organised across multiple service steps, especially when moving from evacuation into charging or diagnostic checks.
Connect to the system low side for suction-side pressure readings and service checks.
Connect to the system high side for discharge-side pressure readings and diagnostic comparison.
Use the service connection for refrigerant movement according to the procedure and site requirements.
Connect the vacuum pump through the higher-flow port to support faster evacuation work.
Model selection
Pick the gauge scale that matches the refrigerant.

4-valve aluminium manifold kit with 80 mm PSI/BAR gauges, protective boots and 5 ft Soft Magic® hose set for common refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Service sequence
Connect once, then control the flow deliberately.
Match the kit to the refrigerant and confirm service-port size before hoses are connected.
Set up low side, high side, service and vacuum lines with valves closed before applying pressure.
Use the correct valve path for evacuation, charging, recovery or pressure checks.
Monitor refrigerant movement and pressure behaviour while following the job procedure.
Field checks
Protect readings, hoses and service fittings.
Check hoses, seats, seals, gauge boots and valve movement before each job. Keep hose ends capped when stored and avoid dragging hoses across hot, sharp or moving equipment.
Refrigerant handling
- Use the correct refrigerant scale and service procedure for the system.
- Recover refrigerant where required and follow local refrigerant-handling rules.
- Open valves slowly and monitor both gauge readings during service work.
- Do not exceed hose, manifold, cylinder or system pressure limits.
