Etched Foil Heater Self-Adhesive Range

The Calorflex Etched Foil Heater range is designed for applications that require fast, even and controlled surface heating. These flexible flat heaters use printed-circuit style construction, with a nickel/chrome alloy resistive circuit enclosed between layers of insulating material. This allows the heater to deliver efficient heat transfer across a flat surface while remaining compact and adaptable for different equipment designs.

Etched foil heaters are suitable for a wide range of surface and fluid heating applications, from advanced technical industries through to catering equipment such as bain-marie units, hot plates, food warmers and heated surfaces. Calorflex also notes that different dimensions and power ratings can be produced on request after a feasibility check, making this style of heater suitable for both standard replacement and custom heating applications.
