The Calorflex drain heater kit range is designed for refrigeration, cold room and air conditioning installations where low temperatures can freeze condensate and block drainage. The listed kits cover 2 metre and 3 metre drain runs, with a thermostatic 3 metre option for automatic temperature-controlled operation.
- Helps prevent frozen condensate, ice build-up and blocked drain lines.
- Suitable for evaporator drain lines, condensate trays, refrigerated cabinets and cold rooms.
- Includes non-thermostatic 40W and 80W options for constant drain heater output.
- Thermostatic CNFE0001 / CX-DHT3 option helps the heater operate only when required.
- Supplied in ready lengths; the heating cable should not be shortened by the end user.

Confirm the fit before the heater is installed.
- Choose a 2 metre or 3 metre kit to suit the drain line or tray length.
- Use the 40W or 80W output to match the exposure level and required heat input.
- Select the thermostatic model when automatic temperature control is preferred.
- Maintain the minimum 15mm bend radius and avoid sharp edges, crushing and abrasion.

3 metre, 80W drain heater kit with thermostat for temperature-controlled operation.
Remove ice, water restrictions and debris before installing the heater along the drain path.
Keep the cable away from sharp edges, crushing points, tight bends and surfaces that can damage insulation.
