Drain Heater Kits

The Calorflex Constant Power Drain Heater range is designed for refrigeration, cold room and air conditioning applications where condensate drains, trays or pipework are exposed to low temperatures. These heaters help prevent ice build-up, frozen condensate and blocked drain lines, supporting reliable water drainage during defrost cycles and low-temperature operation.

The range includes 2 metre and 3 metre drain heater options, with outputs from 40W to 80W, plus a thermostatic version for installations where automatic temperature control is required. These heaters are suitable for evaporator drain lines, condensate trays, refrigerated cabinets, cold rooms and other refrigeration equipment where freezing can cause drainage issues or system faults.

The CX-DHT3 model includes a thermostat, helping the heater operate only when required, improving control and reducing unnecessary energy use. The non-thermostatic CX-DH2 and CX-DH3 models provide straightforward constant heat output for drain line freeze protection.
