The MGABAS kit gives technicians the core ingredients for faster evacuation on 1/4 in. systems: a vacuum-rated valve core removal tool and a large-diameter MegaFlow hose. Removing restrictive valve cores and using a larger hose helps reduce conductance loss, allowing the vacuum pump to work much closer to its real potential.

Why remove valve cores?
Valve cores restrict flow when evacuation speed matters.
Valve cores are designed to restrict flow and minimise refrigerant loss, but during evacuation that same restriction slows the job down. Removing the core maximises flow and can save serious time on larger or wetter systems.
MegaFlow hose
Use the large 1/2 in. hose to reduce evacuation restriction.
The included black MegaFlow hose gives the pump a much larger path than a typical 1/4 in. charging hose. The larger internal diameter helps improve conductance and reduce the hose as the bottleneck.
